Big O Bagel Company
Jon Lane is the owner and baker-in-chief of Big O Bagel Co. He is from Tucson, Arizona, where he landed his first baking gig at age 19.
He has since worked in bakeries in Tucson, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Honolulu. He left the Mainland for O’ahu in 2018. He started Big O Bagel Co in 2020.
His bagel philosophy is simple: small batches, simple ingredients, no preservatives and a pinch of aloha.
